Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, so we’ve designed a cancellation policy that offers flexibility while also protecting our small business. Please review the terms below before booking:
✴︎ Full Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in to receive a full refund.
✴︎ 50% Refund: Cancel at least 14 days before check-in (and after the 48-hour window) to receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
✴︎ No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.
Payment Terms
✴︎ A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
✴︎ The remaining 50% balance is due 14 days before check-in.
